Let's Face It...

You Learned Your Whole Job in Two Weeks. That Was Years Ago.

❌

Problem #1

There's no ladder, so there's no ceiling to climb. Warehouse, delivery, rideshare, retail, trucking: by week two you knew everything. Two years later it's the same work, the same pay, and your body's paying the difference..

❌

Problem #2

Trade school wants a year or two of your life and thousands of dollars. And here's what I see from the hiring side: the helpers I've hired who did it started in the same spot as the ones who didn't. Same truck. Same first day.

❌

Problem #3

You can't quit to go back to school. Rent doesn't pause. You need a pivot that fits around the job you already have — not one that costs you a year of income first.

Introducing

2-Day Dream School Blueprint

✅

Solution #1

Get hired first. Learn the deep stuff on someone else's payroll. The job search is the spine of this course. Everything else exists to make you useful and credible on a job site on day one.

✅

Solution #2

Just enough HVAC to belong on the truck. Not a semester of theory. 9.2 hours of video, not 900. Enough to not sound clueless in an interview and not be a liability on your first job — nothing you'd only need for a licensing exam.

✅

Solution #3

Interview prep from the guy who actually does the hiring. Andy's real screening criteria: what gets a helper hired, what gets him cut, and how to answer the questions an owner is actually asking.

My name is Andy. I own an HVAC and refrigeration company in the Bay Area, and I learned most of what I know from a ton of mistakes.

I didn't grow up in the trade. I landed with my wife in California in 2021 — 29 years old, fifteen thousand dollars in savings, basic English, no family, no friends. My first job here was fixing cars, twenty minutes away on a $150 Walmart bike. My "training" in appliance repair was four unpaid days in a van with a senior tech who showed me how to sell, not how to troubleshoot. When I got stuck and called for help, the whole answer was "just test it with a multimeter". No why. No sequence. So I taught myself — three hours of videos a day, in a 2003 Honda Odyssey, on a ninety-minute drive to work.

Five years later I run SavvyTeks HVAC & Refrigeration — a licensed C-20 contractor doing residential HVAC and commercial refrigeration, from heat pumps to walk-in coolers. I've hired technicians, lost them, rebuilt the team from scratch, and trained every one of them myself. I've already made most of the expensive mistakes.

And here's the number one thing I learned: you don't need trade school, a family in the business, or a boss who's willing to teach you. Nobody is hiding the information anymore. The problem is the opposite — there's too much of it, and half of it is junk. What you need is the right sequence, from someone who still does the work every day. And if you're thinking, "I'm 35 with a mortgage, is it too late?" — it's too late when you physically can't do it anymore. Not before. That's why I built Get Into HVAC in 30 Days: the step-by-step path from zero to useful on a truck, and from applying to interviewing the way small shops actually hire.

But honestly, you don't care about my story. You care about one thing: can I actually help you? Here's what I can promise. I'm not a guru — I'm still on the truck. This is the same material I use to train my own helpers, and I'll show you the job the way nobody showed me: the sequence, the why, and the mistakes, in plain language. I answer questions in the community every week. If you're done guessing, I'll see you inside the program.

Who Is This Course For?

  • You want a paid HVAC job in the next 30 days — without quitting your current job or taking on debt.

  • You value getting hired over getting a diploma. You'll learn the deep theory later, on a paycheck.

  • People who show up on time, work hard, and aren't afraid to get dirty. That's the whole interview, honestly.

Who We Built This For?

  • Warehouse and fulfillment workers who've hit the ceiling

  • Delivery drivers and truckers tired of the miles

  • Rideshare drivers watching the rate drop every year

  • Retail workers who want a trade, not a shift

  • Separating military and veterans who want a civilian career that hires on attitude

  • Anyone whose job took two weeks to learn and years to escape

  • And anyone who's been told "go to trade school first" and didn't buy it

Who Is This Course NOT For?

  • You want a job handed to you. This gives you the system; you still knock on doors and do the 14 quests.

  • You want two years in a classroom before you touch a tool. That's trade school. Go do that — this isn't for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What skill level is this program for?

Zero. If you've never touched an HVAC system, this is built for you. Helper and apprentice roles are designed for people with no experience — you get paid to learn on the job. This course makes you the beginner who walks in already knowing how to talk about the work and how to not be a liability on day one.

How long do I have access to the program & when does it start?

Lifetime access. As a founding member, you get early access starting 10/23/2026: sections release as they're finished, and the full course is complete by 10/31/2026. You can start the job-search quests as soon as they drop — you don't wait for the last video to start applying.

Can't I learn all of this on Youtube?

The HVAC theory? Sure — there are 900 hours of it. What YouTube can't give you is the job search: which shops to hit, what a helper actually needs to know (versus everything), and how a contractor screens candidates — because the guy filming wiring diagrams isn't the guy doing the hiring. This is 9 hours, in order, from someone who is.

Do I need EPA 608, tools, or experience before starting?

No, no, and no. EPA 608 is required by law to handle refrigerants, but you don't need it to get a helper job — we treat it as an optional module after you're hired (the Universal exam runs roughly $25–$90 through EPA-approved certifiers, and it never expires). Tools come with the job. Experience is what the job gives you.

Should I invest in Zero to HVAC Tech in 30 Days before investing in trade school?

Yes — because you may never need trade school. In my experience hiring, program graduates and beginners both start in the same helper job. If you want the credential later, get it later — on a paycheck, with an employer who might even pay for it.
